Payments are not refundable

The only way you can avoid paying for your automatic renewal is if you “notify Go before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription.”
Despite this, upgrades can be canceled at any time by submitting your request to Go in writing.
You are agreeing to pay your fees
When signing up for an account you agree to pay the setup fees as well as recurring fees. Also, be aware that “Go reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you.” It is important to note that your Services can be canceled by you at any time on thirty (30) days written notice. This can help you to avoid excess spending and fees.
All material is not reviewed
The responsibility of website visitors is to understand that “Go has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the Website, and cannot, therefore, be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects.”
